I’ve always dreamt about this fairytale, this happy ending. And finally I got it.
She came as a hurricane, fast and unexpected.
I felt careless, free and most important; happy. I felt incredibly happy.
Ellie made me look at the world differently, with another perspective.
She was like a cool summer breeze, making my life easier, less complicated.
And when I look at her, I see the moments we had. Extremely simple, but perfect.
I always thought she looked the most beautiful in the mornings, when I woke her up with a kiss and she would grunt at me in her sleep. Sleepy Ellie was the cutest. I used to watch her sleep on my chest every day, making sure I wouldn’t miss a second being with her.
